Caps have have announced they will be having a Christmas Cup with the Dundee Stars.
The Cup will be played over two legs. the first leg will be played over sixty minutes but should the scores be level at the end of the second leg, five minutes sudden death overtime will be played followed by a penalty shoot out if required.
The 1st leg will be played at Murrayfield, Edinburgh on Thursday 23rd December with a face-off at 7.00pm. The return leg will be held in Dundee Ice Arena on Monday 27th December with a 6.30pm face-off.
Ticket prices have been announced as £12.00 per adult, £8.00 for concessions and £5.00 for children. Season tickets are not valid for these matches but, on presentation of their season ticket, holders will gain entry for £8.00.

Well that was fun last night but was it really worth it? Did the Refs and Linos offer to do it for free (someone seemed to indicate this on the forum). Would the caps make that much from tonight. Unless a lot of fans bought tickets online and never came then was it really worth it considering the caps are all going to have to trek up to Dundee on Monday Evening.

I feel it was a waste of time, players did not seemed interested on either team, even Hanson looked bored he only enjoyed it when we started chanting to him lol

did they not already have the rink booked for this date but a game was rescheduled so if they did any cash is a bonus. if not big waste of time.

Aii thats true but still paying the ref(unless they did it for free... anyone able to clairfy this wheres NANDO ) and having to pay to get to Dundee on monday night. I doubt they would have taken that much tbh. Oh and Merry Christmas Andy

I think they will break even for the cup games and then we will still be in the problem but sadly we will not make a profit from it.

Well by the sound of it we are getting humped by dundee....so I believe we have lost the christmas cup...we are getting worse and worse likes

13-4, snl goalie playing for us and only 1 import being schafer and you know you have a problem when jordon steel is the man of the match. could they not afford to pay hutch and cingy?
